Editing A Portfolio

Once you have creates a PDF portfolio, you can switch quickly in and out of editing mode.

To open or close the Edit Portfolio window:

  1. Click on the “Modify” link in the menu bar at the top of the portfolio window. A drop-down window will be displayed.
  2. Click on the Edit Portfolio link. The Edit Portfolio window will be displayed on the right side of the work window.
  3. Once you have completed your edits click on the Modify link and then click on Close Edit Portfolio link in the drop-down window.

Keep in mind that anyone with Acrobat Professional can edit any portfolio unless it has been secured with a password.
