Wrote the Self Study Report and designed the student portfolio assessment tool for Instructional Technology Specialist certification program at Philadelphia University. The program was certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education in spring 2003.

Corporate Trainer Certificate Program - Program was developed for the Philadelphia University Continuing Education Department in 2002
- These cohort based blended learning solutions are delivered at corporate locations
- The target population are practicing corporate trainers
Nontraditional Student Orientation Program - This online program was developed for the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia during the Summer of 2002
- The program was designed to provide nontraditional and international students with an early look at the University
Master of Science in Instructional Technology Program at the Lancaster, PA Intermediate Unit. Program developed for Philadelphia University in 2001
- The Instructional Technology program was revised to provide a cohort based evening program to public education teachers and staff at remote locations
- The initial cohort was started in September of 2001
- The second cohort started Spring 2002
Information Technology Degree Completion Program - New Degree Completion Program developed for Eastern University in 1999
- Two version of the program were developed: one to be offered completely online and the other in the classroom
- Target population are nontraditional students who have attended more that one higher education institution and are at least 26 years of age
